xTool SafetyPro™ IF2 2.0 – Small Size, Hyper-Flow Power
The xTool SafetyPro IF2 2.0 is a compact yet incredibly powerful inline duct fan purpose-built for laser engravers and cutters. With dual fans running at 14,000 RPM each and a 55W brushless motor delivering 1,300 Pa of suction, it evacuates smoke and fumes rapidly — keeping your workspace safe, clean, and odour-free.
Key Features
- Dual Fan TurboBoost: Two fans at 14,000 RPM combined for 200% exhaust efficiency and immense airflow for fast smoke clearance
- 55W Brushless Motor: Delivers 300% improved suction over standard fans — big fan size doesn't equal big suction, but this does
- Compact Design: 5.5x smaller dimensions than the previous generation — keeps your workspace tidy and unrestricted
- Intelligent Auto-Sync: Automatically starts and stops with your laser machine — hands-free operation every time
- Material-Matched Ventilation: Automatically selects the optimal fan mode based on the material chosen in your laser software
- 4-Speed Manual Control: Fine-tune airflow exactly to your needs
- Easy Maintenance: Fully detachable and washable — simply rinse with water, no fuss
- 2.3m Flexible PP Tube: Foldable exhaust tube gives you freedom to position the fan wherever suits your workspace, without needing to be right next to a window
- Noise-Reducing Cotton: Quieter operation without sacrificing performance
- Universal Compatibility: Works with any laser machine that has a 3-inch smoke exhaust port

FAQ
Will it work with non-xTool laser machines?
Yes — any laser machine with a standard 3-inch smoke exhaust port will work in manual mode.
Should I choose the IF2 2.0 or an air purifier?
The IF2 2.0 is designed for venting smoke outdoors via the exhaust tube. If you don't have the option to vent outdoors, an air purifier is the better choice.

Laser Supplies, Materials & Blanks FAQs
How Do I Choose the Right Material for My Laser?
How Do I Choose the Right Material for My Laser?
Start by checking the compatibility information and specifications in the product description. Pixel Burn stocks materials and supplies for CO₂, diode, fibre and UV laser systems, but not every material is suitable for every laser type or wavelength.
Pay close attention to the listed material, thickness, surface finish and recommended laser type. If you are unsure, send us your laser model and what you want to create, and our team can help you identify the most suitable option. Always complete a small test before beginning your final project, as settings can vary between machines.
Are Your Materials and Blanks Ready to Use?
Are Your Materials and Blanks Ready to Use?
Yes. Our laser materials and blanks are supplied ready for you to cut, engrave, mark or customise unless the individual product states otherwise.
Blanks are supplied unpersonalised, giving you complete control over your design and production process. Selected sheet materials may arrive with a protective film to help protect the surface during storage and delivery. Always follow the instructions provided with the individual product for the best results.
What Product Specifications Should I Check Before Ordering?
What Product Specifications Should I Check Before Ordering?
Before ordering, check the product’s dimensions, thickness, material, finish, pack quantity and stated laser compatibility. You should also confirm that sheets and blanks will fit your laser bed or pass-through system.
Natural materials such as wood can show variations in colour, grain and appearance between sheets. If you require a specific measurement, tolerance or compatibility detail that is not listed, contact our team before ordering and we will help confirm it for you.
