The Fastest Way to Turn a Design Into Real, Sellable Merch
Stop losing orders to slow turnarounds and stop paying someone else to print your designs. The xTool Apparel Printer puts commercial-grade DTF printing on your own bench, so you go from finished design to a wearable, washable, ready-to-sell garment in minutes — not days. One machine, one click, zero screen printing setup, zero waiting on outsourced print runs.
Design. Click. Press. That's Genuinely It.
You don't need printing experience to run this. Load your design in xTool Creative Space, hit print, and let the machine do the hard part. Pair it with the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven (Versatile & All-in-1 Bundles) and you get a fully automated print-to-cure pipeline: print, powder, shake, bake, done — a finished transfer in as little as 8 minutes, ready to heat-press straight onto the garment.
Any Fabric. Any Colour. No Compromises.
Cotton, polyester, denim, canvas, spandex, nylon — light or dark, this printer doesn't care. Most home printers choke on black fabric because they can't lay a proper white base. The xTool Apparel Printer's CMYK + WWWW ink setup solves that with a true white underlay, so your colours stay bold and accurate on the darkest garment in your rack — and stay that way through 50+ wash cycles.
Print Quality That Actually Looks Commercial
Twin Epson I1600 printheads lay colour and white ink side by side at 720 x 1800 DPI, backed by G7 Certified colour accuracy — the same standard used across serious commercial print production. That means the shirt you print today matches the one you print next month, batch after batch, order after order. An onboard AI camera runs its own nozzle checks and triggers cleaning automatically, so you're printing product instead of babysitting test patterns.
Zero-Fuss Maintenance, Built In
This is the part that actually saves your business money. The printer self-cleans, self-moisturises and circulates white ink around the clock — the exact maintenance routine that kills cheaper DTF printers through clogging. Leave it plugged in and it looks after itself; if it ever needs you, the companion app tells you exactly what to do.
Pick the Setup That Matches Your Ambition
Every option ships with the printer plus $447 in starter consumables — a CMYKW ink set (500ml each), 25m film roll, moisturising liquid and a full cleaning kit — so you're printing the day it arrives.
- Standalone — the printer itself, perfect if you've already got a heat press and want to run film and curing your way.
- Versatile Bundle — adds the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven and unlocks the full one-click print-to-cure workflow, no manual shaking or baking.
- All-in-1 Bundle — the complete production line. Printer, oven, everything. Design in, finished transfer out, nothing else to buy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as a regular DTF printer?
It's built on standard DTF technology, but xTool has automated everything that normally eats your time. Powder, shaking and curing are all handled by the machine when paired with the OS1 oven, and the whole workflow runs from one piece of software instead of juggling three or four separate tools.
Does it work on dark fabric?
Yes, and this is where it earns its price tag. The white ink channels lay a true base coat first, so colours stay bold and accurate on black, navy or any dark garment — not just light polyester like sublimation demands.
How much maintenance does it need?
Almost none. As long as it's plugged in, it monitors humidity and temperature, runs its own printhead cleaning and circulates white ink to stop clogging before it starts. You'll get an app notification if it ever genuinely needs your attention.
What's the warranty?
12 months on the printer and shaker oven. Print heads carry a 1-month warranty as standard, extendable to 6 months if you run genuine xTool consumables and complete the online training and quiz.
Can I use third-party ink or film?
Third-party ink isn't recommended — it carries a real risk of clogging the printhead. Third-party film works fine if you're shaking and baking manually, but it's not compatible with the OS1 Shaker Oven.
How many washes will a print survive?
Built to hold colour and finish through 50 to 100 wash cycles on cotton and polyester, provided it's pressed correctly.
What heat press settings should I use?
First press at 160°C for 6 seconds, then cool for 10–20 seconds before peeling. A second press at the same settings (160°C/6s) improves durability, with a third recommended for larger print areas.
